As soon as you receive a quote from KESA you may consider the account eligible to bind.

To bind coverage you must notify KESA by the effective date of coverage. Notification may be by email, fax, mail, or telephone.

The agent should collect the down payment and the association membership dues and forward to KESA by the policy effective date.
