As coverage is bound, we send the KESA policy form and endorsements to the new member. We include an Information for New and Renewing Members booklet that contains an Information Memorandum outlining KESA's membership terms, the governing bylaws of the KESA Fund and the Kentucky Employers' Safety Association, and the Indemnity Agreement. The member is instructed to sign and return the Acknowledgement and Signature Endorsement within ten (10) days. If we do not receive the endorsement by that time, we will notify you and ask that you assist in order to avoid cancellation.
