Agents will receive renewal quotes approximately 60 days prior to the renewal date; members will receive renewal letters and quotes approximately 30 days prior to the renewal effective date.  Renewal policies will not be issued until payment is received.  If down payment is not received on or before the policy effective date, coverage is not provided.  KESA will send a reminder notice to the member approximately 10 days prior to the effective date notifying the that coverage will cease as of the policy effective date.
